Toni's journey as a professional dog trainer began at Petco, where her passion for working with dogs flourished. After completing an extensive training program, she became a certified dog trainer in 2015. In 2017, eager to expand her expertise, Toni joined a local board-and-train facility while continuing to train at Petco. Over the next two years, she gained invaluable hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and training needs. This experience allowed her to refine her skills, master a variety of training techniques, and deepen her understanding of canine behavior and psychology.
Today, Toni is a trusted expert dedicated to helping dog owners build strong, harmonious relationships with their pets. Her training approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and positive reinforcement, ensuring each dog receives a personalized plan tailored to their unique personality and needs. Whether working with playful puppies or senior dogs adjusting to new routines, Toni is committed to helping dogs overcome challenges, curb unwanted behaviors, and develop new skills. She believes that with the right guidance and support, every dog has the potential to thrive!
Toni got her first furry friend when she was two years old. Over the years she has had 6 canine companions of her own, all of which have been rescued from shelters or off the streets. Currently, she has two dogs, Nova (left) and Madeline (right).
